Due to further growth of the business, we are looking for an experienced Resolution Specialist to join a well-established professional team. Our client is one of the leading pension and investment claim handlers in the UK based in Leicestershire.

The role is a crucial part of the customer journey, reviewing decisions received by governing bodies to assist the client’s next steps. By using the business strategies to deal with clients in an efficient, professional and complaint manner.

Responsibilities and Duties;

  • Update clients with case progress
  • Frequently liaise with third parties
  • Ensure all communication with accounts is recorded in detail
  • Assist with completion calls and packs
  • Manage personal pipeline to resolution
  • Identify appropriate claim avenues
  • Analyse decisions received from governing bodies and provide guidance to clients of next steps
  • To adhere to all company and regulatory policies to ensure overall compliance within the role in line with the Regulators guidelines

To be a successful candidate;

  • Ideally 12 month’s industry experience
  • Ability to communicate with wide range of individuals including legal and professional representatives
  • Excellent written and computer skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail and exceptional level of accuracy when producing documents and inputting data
  • Strong work ethic and customer focus with a drive to achieve the best possible settlements
