Due to further growth of the business, we are looking for an Office Assistant to join a well-established professional team. You will effectively manage all aspects of the office requirements and liaise with Head of Operations.

Responsibilities and Duties;

  • Maintain accurate case files
  • Ensuring all files are archived and filed in line with company process
  • Ensure all documents are electronically stored on CRM system
  • Manage files in and out of filing systems
  • Assist with post/ scanning requirements
  • Carry out periodic archive checks

To be a successful candidate;

  • Excellent written and computer skills
  • With a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Have a keen eye for detail and exceptional level of accuracy when producing documents and inputting data
  • Strong work ethic and customer focus with a drive to achieve the best possible settlements

Additional Benefits;

  • 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday. 3pm finish on Friday
