Business Development Executive
£20,000 -26,000 pa DOE + commission
Simplify Recruitment are excited to be working alongside our client who are the UK’s leading provider of IT solutions, products and services. They are now looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Executive who is looking for their next opportunity.
As the Business Development Executive, it is your responsibility to work with the BDD to develop a sales process and campaigns for the generation of new opportunities utilising central direct marketing functions where deemed necessary.
Responsibilities and Duties as a Business Development Executive;
- Develop project and hardware revenue as a bi-product of new business
- Develop and grow existing customers
- To carry out telephone and face to face sales activity in line with an agreed sales plan
- To ensure that a consultative sales approach is taken for all activity, providing a value based proposition
- To ensure the technical aspect of proposals by working closely with the Technical pre-sales team to approve all proposals
- To directly support the technical consultants in selling in new or enhanced services to your client-base as it grows
To be a successful Business Development Executive;
- Proven experience in new business development, or in a lead generating sales role
- Strong I.T. skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and remain calm and organized under pressure
- Like to be judged by results and are ambitious in those targets
- Commercially aware, astute, self-motivated and target driven
- Onsite parking available
- Competitive commission structure
