Brief overview of the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an apprenticeship who is looking for a career in business admin. The company are looking to expand next year. Due to this they are seeking a young professional who has the ambition to grow within the company.
Duties to include:
-Answering the main phone line
-Sorting out both incoming and outgoing post
-Putting together meeting packs for advisers. Includes getting up to date policy valuations and putting the necessary forms/ information together that the adviser requires.
-Scanning on meeting packs.
-Sending letter of authorities to providers requesting client information.
-Chasing policy information from providers.
-Reviewing client policy information – this could include anything from pensions, investments, mortgages and protection policies.
Requirements and prospects
Applicants for this role should have good written and spoken communication skills.
You will reliable and be of smart appearance as this is an office based role.
Due to the nature of this role, we are ideally looking for applications from candidates with Grades C or above in maths & English at GCSE level or equivalent.
The company are keen to make a permanent offer of employment subject to successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Our client was established on 11th September 2001 – yes 9/11! Timing is our strong point.
They were originally a member of the IN Partnership network, but based on the fact that we are able to offer specialised Pension Transfer Advice and Military Advice, felt that the restrictions of network membership were no longer appropriate.
